Biographical
As an IACP accredited therapist, my practice is grounded in providing a collaborative, empathetic environment. My training allows for flexibility in attuning to the unique individual needs of each person who steps into the therapeutic space.
I have worked previously in the corporate sector and am intimately familiar with the stresses and demands these environments place on people.
I also have a background as a performing artist on stage and on screen and am acutely aware of the pressures, uncertainties and nature of this work. I continue to support artists, amongst others, in a calm and considered space, welcoming clients from Wexford, New Ross, Enniscorthy, Waterford as well as the option to attend online.
Philosophy
"I really believe that with the right support we can develop a better understanding of ourselves and the world around us, allowing us to make more informed choices and decisions in life."
My approach is humanistic and integrative, inviting the client's unique lived experience in as a central component. By exploring thought and behaviour patterns, we work collaboratively toward meaningful healing and change.
I am an advocate for working somatically, focusing on the mind-body connection, incorporating the breath, and drawing awareness to the nervous system and its interpretation of the world.
